Larry provides critical leadership and oversight of ISEC’s Rocky Mountain and Texas regions, including the sales, estimating, purchasing, and operations departments. He is also responsible for conducting debriefing sessions, ensuring quality control, assisting in contract execution, and developing the annual overhead budget.
