Embark is an important piece of our onboarding program. Hosted at our corporate headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado, this two-day course is a review of ISEC’s history, culture, values, goals, and organization. Time is dedicated to interact with department heads, executive leaders, and other new employees from across the nation.
Onboarding starts on day one, and includes skills training and education on ISEC processes, tools, and resources. It also includes regular conversations on culture, individual development planning, social awareness, and organizational results. Continuing education is designed to enhance personal skills, knowledge, and abilities to stay ahead of ever-changing business needs.
ISEC’s success is largely dependent on the quality of our field leaders. The FLighT program serves to equip current and potential field leaders with the skills and knowledge required to lead effectively. Regional owners with established success records guide the design and facilitation of each class, customizing their programs to the specific needs of their region and individual team members. Through this program, high performing individuals are developed into leaders, who can then mentor new groups working their way into the business.
Managers’ Workshop is a bi-annual program designed to equip managers with awareness, guidance, and resources to successfully propel their teams toward success. Over the course of 6-months, learners discuss topics spanning cultural and self-awareness, aligning with leadership, building high performing teams, and delivering organizational results.
Some of the best learning occurs during the course of work, when you have an experienced and engaged mentor by your side helping to solve problems. These learning activities are seamlessly integrated in your daily routine, and offer plenty of opportunity to enhance your skills, knowledge, and performance.
BuildU is the ISEC eLearning library. It offers flexible and accessible education opportunities that can be accessed from any location with an internet connection. You are able to learn at your own pace, on your own schedule. With a wide variety of courses and resources available, BuildU is a great way to gain new skills and insights.
