Keith has supervisory authority over ISEC’s staff, which includes hiring, performance evaluations, training, and development. He is responsible for risk management and project profit/loss. Keith also directs the preparation and execution of annual plans, budgeting, and staffing for ISEC’s Northwest and Southeast regions.
