Since 2006, the ISEC Foundation has existed as an avenue to “share company profits to build hope in our communities,” underscoring our belief that while construction projects have a beginning and an end, the work in our communities is never ending. ISEC employees not only share the fruits of their labor at work – they also volunteer in the community where the rewards are priceless.
The focus of the ISEC Foundation is the Fisher House, supporting their mission to assist military families across the nation. Their belief is that a “Family’s Love is Good Medicine”, which complement ISEC’s Core Values. The ISEC Foundation provides grants to each ISEC Regional office to contribute to their local Fisher House.
Gifts of Giving
In addition to our focus charity, the ISEC Foundation also "pays it forward" by rewarding the altruistic and compassionate nature of ISEC employees. Each quarter, four employees are randomly selected to pass along a $1,000 special grant to the 501(c)(3) charity of their choice.
The ISEC Foundation is comprised of six Directors, each serving a two-year term. This rotating board is comprised of ISEC employees that have shown interest and have been selected for their proven community support both inside and outside of the company. The foundation's current Directors include:
Jeff Walker, President
Lisa Russell, Vice President
Brian Garone, Director
Dirk Morris, Director
Kristen Siewertsen, Director
