Rod Regester serves as General Manager of ISEC’s Southeast Region, leading operations and driving performance across this key market. With more than 25 years of commercial construction experience he brings a strong foundation in operations, team leadership, and project execution.
His experience includes progressively advanced roles across field and project leadership, most recently as Senior Installation Manager supporting the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions. Rod is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening operational consistency, and leading with a focus on safety, efficiency, and results.
