LEED Silver Certification
College Park, MD

University Of Maryland James Clark Hall

ISEC provided interior and specialty construction services for James Clark Hall, a bioengineering facility at the University of Maryland’s College Park campus. We worked across a variety of environments, including a two-story open laboratory, adaptable classrooms, optical laser and imaging labs, and shielded spaces for sensitive electromagnetic and radio-frequency equipment. Our scope included the installation of high-performance lab casework and millwork, custom architectural finishes, and precision-built specialty spaces to support advanced research. The project also included work within the building’s central atrium and vivarium, all delivered with a focus on quality, functionality, and seamless integration with the facility’s collaborative research mission.
