University of California, San Diego- Theater District Living & Learning Neighborhood

The University of California – San Diego’s Theatre District Living and Learning Neighborhood is a development providing housing for 2,000 undergraduate students. Built on a former parking lot, the project includes five buildings designed to enhance student life with easy access to academic, research, and social spaces.

ISEC executed the installation of all doors, student unit millwork, shared community areas, and exterior millwork. Our strategic planning ensured smooth execution by procuring materials early, storing them off-site, and shipping whole units on pallets for efficient installation.

This development promotes a strong campus community, supporting student engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration while addressing the growing need for on-campus housing.
