Santa Rosa County Courthouse

The Santa Rosa County Courthouse, or New Hall of Justice, centralizes operations in a multi-story facility with 15 courtrooms. The design separates public, staff, and in-custody circulation while supporting jury functions, judicial chambers, secure screening, and administrative spaces. Scope included architectural millwork and casework such as courtroom benches and stations, clerk and public counters, staff cabinetry, and built-ins. ISEC also delivered specialty woodwork and interior finishes, including doors, frames, and hardware with strict life-safety and security requirements.

Success relied on early mockups, precise detailing, and constant coordination with MEP systems, courtroom technology, and security teams, ensuring each courtroom and public space advanced efficiently to inspection and final acceptance.
