The Renaissance Hotel Conference Center project involved both a renovation of the existing conference rooms and new construction that expanded the facility with additional meeting and event spaces. This work marked the first phase of the larger 5th and Broadway development in downtown Nashville.
The scope included custom wood paneling, wood doors, casework, stone countertops, and intricate trim. One of the most technically demanding aspects of the project was aligning the wood portal paneling reveals with 10-foot wood doors, which featured grooved reveals built directly into the door faces. Careful coordination and precision installation were essential to achieve the clean, continuous lines required by the design. The finished space offers a refined, cohesive look that supports a variety of hospitality and event functions.
