ISEC elevated the luxury environment at The Villas at Canyon Suites at the Phoenician through a broad scope of work that included door systems, millwork, exterior IPE soffits, stone countertops, and custom fireplaces.

A standout feature of the project was the installation of large-scale onyx fireplaces. Each wraparound units measured approximately 15 feet by 6 feet and required meticulous vein matching to achieve their dramatic visual continuity. The inherent fragility of the onyx introduced significant technical complexity, demanding careful planning, specialized handling, and expert coordination across fabrication and installation.

The finished project reflects a refined, high-end aesthetic and underscores ISEC’s ability to execute complex, detail-driven work with precision and craftsmanship.
