LEED Gold Certification
Washington, DC

Midtown Center

Midtown Center is a premier 14-floor trophy office building located in the heart of Washington, DC. The building features two towers connected by three pedestrian bridges, each extending 100 feet across the plaza below, creating a striking and modern design. ISEC provided key solutions throughout the project, delivering architectural woodwork, ceilings, doors, frames and hardware, and metals, all while navigating the complex scope and fast-paced construction schedule.

With multiple skilled crews working simultaneously across the two towers, challenging millwork scope and fast-paced schedule, we successfully upheld our high standard of quality and craftsmanship. Despite the challenges, we also ensured each phase was completed with precision and efficiency.

Midtown Center sets a new benchmark for first-class office spaces in Washington, DC, offering state-of-the-art amenities that align with its LEED Gold certification, making it a model of sustainability and luxury.
