At $8.2M this office building fit-out not only boasts unique architectural features, like the one-of-a-kind bird’s nest balcony, but serves as a highlight reel of all that ISEC has to offer. While initially awarded in April of 2021 for $6M, the ownership and architectural teams redesigned the project post-award, adding new scope and an extra $2M exterior package due to our commitment. ISEC flexed our internal processes to re-engineer, reprice, and resubmit the new scopes while maintaining the original schedule.

Other notable features of the Metropolitan Park project include the four monumental stairs, with panel cladding engineered and constructed with rare high-strength earth magnets in place of exposed fasteners, and the two art walls with over 10,000 components combined.
