Kirkland Hall at Vanderbilt University

Kirkland Hall on Vanderbilt University’s campus, underwent a renovation that preserved its architectural legacy while enhancing the functionality of this historic landmark. Working within a building more than a century old required thoughtful coordination to integrate new construction while maintaining its historic character.

ISEC’s scope included architectural woodwork, custom wall paneling, wood doors and frames, stair cladding, finish hardware, and custom bronze portals throughout the building. From restored entryways to wood-clad stairways, every detail was crafted to blend wood, metal, and hardware into a cohesive architectural system that honors the building’s history.
