Kierland I & II Interior Amenities renovation in Scottsdale, AZ reflects a design-driven commercial interiors transformation, centered on precision craftsmanship and complex coordination. Across lobbies, lounges, café spaces, conference rooms, and corridors, ISEC delivered the full architectural woodwork and millwork package to elevate the tenant experience with refined, mixed-material finishes.

The project also featured mitered quartz countertops, plastic laminate casework, banquette seating, die walls, low walls, and backlit veneer structures seamlessly incorporated into millwork assemblies.

ISEC coordinated closely with lighting systems, fire-rated substrates, and specialty floating shelf hardware, while resolving structural challenges such as redesigning an unsupported reception countertop. The result demonstrates ISEC’s ability to execute high-end, mixed-material interiors with precision fabrication and seamless installation.
