ISEC’s scope included casework, custom woodwork, turnkey custom bars, countertops, banquettes, decorative glass and metal, and doors, frames, and hardware throughout the arena’s suites, clubs, restaurants, bars, and other high-profile spaces.

The premium finishes demanded exceptional craftsmanship, installation, and coordination to bring the design vision to life. ISEC’s commitment extended beyond its contracted scope, supporting other trades, working closely with the joint venture to bolster the workforce, and delivering additional owner-requested work to help drive the project across the finish line.
