The renovation of the Hellems Arts and Sciences Building at the University of Colorado Boulder revitalized a century-old campus landmark with modernized interiors and custom architectural millwork. ISEC delivered custom wall paneling, casework, display cases, benches, and integrated study niches throughout the building.

Wood slat walls and ceilings add warmth and texture, anchored by a radiused café desk that serves as a central architectural feature. The project balances contemporary design with the character of the historic structure.
