The Esplanade project involved the interior renovation of an existing office building, focusing on modernizing and enhancing key common areas within Towers I and II. Interior improvements were implemented across multiple levels with upgrades to the lobbies, common corridors, elevators, and restrooms.

ISEC’s scope of work played a critical role in elevating the aesthetic and functional aspects of the renovation. This included the fabrication and installation of high-quality architectural woodwork, decorative metal paneling, and wood slat wall features that brought warmth, sophistication, and a refined design to the space.
