The Conroe Hyatt Regency is a new 200 key hotel with convention center funded by a public/private partnership with the City of Conroe. ISEC provided architectural woodwork and ornamental metals throughout the facility including convention spaces, restaurants/bars, and guestrooms, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The general contractor, design team, and ISEC worked collaboratively to provide high-level finishes within a workable budget, all completed on time amidst the supply chain challenges during the pandemic.
