ISEC’s work on a 34-story apartment tower in downtown Nashville highlights the power of early planning and prefabrication. From the flowing 18-foot wood feature wall and custom reception desk in the lobby to elevator lobbies throughout, ISEC blended craftsmanship with coordination to deliver high-end finishes on schedule. By standardizing and prefabricating wood and slat wall panels, we minimized onsite work and accelerated installation.
Amenity spaces on Level 34 feature custom shelving, a fireplace, and quartz-clad elements—large slabs were hoisted months in advance using the temporary exterior elevator, as they exceeded the size limits of the building’s service elevator. This proactive coordination allowed us to maximize slab size, minimize visible seams, and achieve a whole, monolithic look.
