Alina Residences - Phase II

ISEC delivered the architectural woodwork for Alina Residences with exacting precision, bringing artistry and imagination into a luxury setting. Striking slatted wall features in the lobby showcase hundreds of individually installed custom blades, each perfectly aligned to achieve flawless geometry. The result is a warm, sculptural centerpiece that commands attention while elevating the architectural experience.

To address challenges of complex design approvals, the VDC team developed a parametric 3D model that allowed real-time updates with the architect. This approach accelerated approvals, while generating fabrication-ready files for the vendor, ensuring every blade and reveal was crafted and installed with uncompromising accuracy.

The outcome is a visually powerful focal point that exemplifies precision, craftsmanship, and architectural excellence.
