A critical project component is the integration of all of the construction activities into a firm schedule which expedites progress. ISEC identifies major critical operations, time periods, and installation deadlines in order to prepare the most accurate schedule possible. ISEC also develops a project schedule which coordinates our activities with those of other vendors to meet the scheduling objectives of the owner and the general contractor.

Our schedules are developed using a full range of technology-driven resources. We also have specialists to assist the procurement and project management staff in developing and maintaining computer-generated schedules. Finally, automated systems allow us to provide detailed information such as: shop drawing and submittal dates; target release dates for fabrication; delivery dates; installation start dates; manpower loading; critical item tracking; and trouble-shooting reports.
