This project represents the largest contract in ISEC's history! Nearly four years in the making, ISEC's involvement on this prestigious and monumental healthcare facility included architectural woodwork; doors, frames, and hardware; laboratory casework and equipment; and a multitude of specialties ranging from expansion joints and wall corner guards, to medical and hospital equipment. ISEC managed 63 different Construction Specification Sections of work grouped together by work categories and delivered products from 81 different manufacturers. The Clinical Research Center consists of 7 stories, 870,000 g.s.f., including 620,000 g.s.f. of hospital space, 250,000 g.s.f. of laboratory and vivarium space. The new hospital building accommodates 242 beds with 90 outpatient beds.
