This project was a crowning achievement for the University and the Computer Science and Engineering department, launching them into the 21st century with enhanced capabilities for information technology education, research, and service. ISEC provided custom casework and architectural woodwork of Cherry veneer paneling throughout the hallways, stairways, and the magnificent six-floor light-infused atrium. Challenges met by ISEC include vertical height and layout coordination of the quarter sliced cherry and acoustical atrium paneling and fins. ISEC also supplied quarter sawn Cherry door frames along hallways and corridors.
