This $110 million historic restoration to a Colorado landmark involved the installation of architectural woodwork for an area of over 200,000 s.f. consisting of 131 guest rooms and public areas. Major challenges were the replication of existing architectural woodwork, which was over 84 years old, and working on an aggressive schedule simultaneously with other trades. ISEC completed the project achieving the highest standards of quality. The hotel enters a new era of glory that will evoke all the richness and classical elegance that has been preserved throughout the years.
