ISEC’s scope of work for this four-story, 76,000 square foot, uniquely-designed library included Red Oak, quarter saw/sliced architectural wood panels, running trim (base and chair rail), bookcases, benches, doorframes and doors, window sills, grilles, display boards and cabinets, and casework. ISEC also provided acoustical wood panels and desks for the Technical Training Room on the first floor. Plastic laminate countertops were provided for the 11 private study and 11 group study rooms plus hardwood edging along the perimeter. Due to the crescent shape of this building, ISEC was presented with many challenges, which were met through the expertise and skill of ISEC’s carpenters.
