San Francisco, California
This project involved the complete restoration of an historic landmark, which was closed to the public in 1995 due to severe wind damage. Built in 1878, the Victorian-style structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As General Contractor, ISEC managed this historic restoration, which included the monumental task of disassembling, cataloguing, and reassembling every piece of this all wood conservatory. Much of the woodwork was deteriorated and needed to be reconstructed and replaced with reclaimed old-growth Redwood. ISEC lived up to challenge in the completion of this dynamic undertaking.
