• Supporting development of bid strategies with sales staff.
• Reviewing project documents to identify areas of risk; and areas of opportunity.
• Providing a timely and accurate quantity survey.
• Computing costs for purchased materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and labor.
• Other tasks as required. -

Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager with administrative duties associated with the commercial projects, material releases, vendor follow-up, coding invoices for A/P, routine correspondence, field dimensioning, change orders, submittals and labor and delivery schedules. -
